Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting Ved Vigyan India through phone, email, or WhatsApp. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the package and product.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to banking and payment partner timelines.

Non-returnable Situations

Used, damaged-after-delivery, or custom/spiritually prepared items may not be eligible for return or refund unless the issue is due to damage or dispatch error from our side.
